Service staff not ready to serve customers. Not properly trained. No one managing/guiding the young stuff. Very unprofessional and inexperienced from the way they service customers. Dyson please look into your onboarding program. Hopefully things will improve especially after purchasing multiple of your products.

Need repair on my almost 3 years V12 vacuum cleaner. The service staff attended to my problem promptly and pointed out the problem. The motor was replaced in less than 15 mins. Charged only for the parts replacement and now my vacuum cleaner felt like new again. Price for the motor is reasonable, at least to me.

Send my dyson slim vaccum cleaner for repair as the button not functioning well. Even thought is within warranty, the technical replace a brand new body with 1 to 1 exchange in less a min. Was very impressed.

Very speedy diagnosis and resolution to change battery of my 5yo vacuum. In and out within 15mins and new battery has 1 yr warranty. This is my 2nd time sending my items for repair and both occasions had good experiences. Kudos to the professionalism of the Dyson team.

My V10 was with us for about 3 years which is the newest among my other two Dyson handheld. The motor has broken down and was replaced at $218. Best of all is the service response from the counter lady... asked if this is a common problem when she could tell within a second, she said no. Her unfriendly reply to my further question "how would you know by just examining within a second?"... is "because I worked here long enough". I guess it is difficult to find good service staff nowadays... Sigh!

Interesting way of doing business. Only replace motors, no repair. Not sure if they really change a new motor but it is charged as new. Also, old motors is not returned. Dyson head office may want to ensure To protect customer interest.

Very impressed with the after sales service. Needed to have the Dyson V10 repaired. Communication on WhatsApp with SVC team is very fast and excellent information provided. Sent down to ubi SVC center. Thankfully no one there so perhaps repair is gonna be faster, but I didn't expect a good repair in approx 15min. Kudos to the SVC team from communication to the actual service. Highly recommended!!

Fast on spot inspection and repairing. Although my gadgets are out of warranty, they charged me for replacing motors of air-purifier, i still feel very worthy to keep the product life longer and save the earth buying a new one, while old ones are repairable and functioning like new after the professional service. Thanks for the hassle free service, I would like to buy more Dyson products going forward.
