β β β β β What a wonderful customer experience today ! The Service ambassador name Syahidah Arpabe who was serving me, was very hospitable, experienced and professional. I can tell that the company had provided great employee training and treated their employees well. Fully trust Bosch products ! Great job !

β β β β β Very slow customer service response.
Called to make an appointment for same day collection, told me to leave my name and contact. 2 hrs passed, nobody called me back. Called again, another CS repeats the same thing and asks for name and contact again to call me back. Seriously, no sense of urgency to respond to the customer. I wonder how much longer it's going to take them to call me back. Half day gone waiting.
Bad service.

β β β β β Came here because the Bosch power tools website listed here as customer service, wasted my time because thereβs no customer service for power tools here. Disappointing for such a big company to be outdated about their own information.

β β β β β READ this before you consider buying Bosch products.
On 4Apr, I fixed an appointment to repair a built in fridge.
Wo Engineering, their service partner came on-site on 7Apr. Was informed that it's a faulty compressor. Given a quote that was dated 4Apr, the repair would cost $1270.61! They have already prepared a quotation on service request day, even before on-site checking?!?!
Since there was no spare part stock, the repair was finally done on 25Apr. Prior to this, at least 10 calls amounting to 100mins of airtime was made to the customer service centre. Bosch kept reminding me that payment has to be made upon job completion.
On 13May, the fridge was not functioning! The new compressor lasted 18 Days!! Called Wo Engineering but they can't slot in any appointments for me. Meanwhile, there's was 10kg of beef and frozen salmon that thawed on that night. The planned BBQ for 16May went down the drain!
Begged Bosch to send URGENT help...In the end, Wo Engineering came on 14May noon time for a 5mins diagnosis and declared that the fridge is beyond repair. The technician sent a message saying the 4 digit repair cost will be fully refunded.
To-date, 6pm on 19May, I have yet to receive the refund!!!
Well it's a must to pay immediately upon repair job completion...So how long should I expect my monies to be refunded??? A week? Or More??? In my opinion, we buy a particular brand of Home Appliances for product reliability and ALSO customer experience.. You agree?? ?
Updated on 20May, the refund came through last night at 8pm.

β β β β β Worst services. If I could, I won't want to give a single star. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASE THEIR ITEM AS THE BACK ENDS SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
13/7 - call their CS to enquire for technical support on the nozzel hose issue. Asked to send photo of the issue thru their WhatsApp business number before their could further advise on it.
16/7- Received their call back by asking us to bring the whole set of handstick vacuum to their center as the technician have special tools to change the hose.
I even double checked the about statement with her as I didn't found the spare part available at their website. Mostly importantly I doesn't want to travel all the way down (about 40min journeys) with such a heavy item and burn my leave with disappointment later on.
Her reply was "yes, just bring down the whole things including warranty and others. Our techinian have the tools to change it."
We make the appointment booking for next Monday to settle the issue as soon as possible.
18/7-So here it goes.. Take leave and travel all the way down with the whole set of handstick vacuum during pick hour.
And the result we got just as my early worries happen. " sorry, this is not repairable. We don't hv the spare part. U required to buy new electric nozzle for this."
We told her (jasmine) that ur CS (Lina) said " ur techician hv special tools to help, and request us to bring it down. Else who wanna travel all the way down and burn the leave when the electric nozzle can be purchase thru online."
Her reply was" Ms Lina from customer service and she is not familiar with all this technical issue and bla bla bla (with all the execuses).
Shouldn't the CS be well trained and professional??? furthermore we had sent the photo of our issue early on. If there was no replacement for it just mention early.
Please Don't waste our valuable times, money and leaves to travel there and getting a disappointed answer due to Bosch internal miscommunication!
Seriously doubt with their product and service as mentioned in the website.
The vacuum I purchased is for domestic (home) used and not a heavy user.

β β β β β Visited service centre to replace faulty battery on 2/1/22 for our vacuum cleaner, been waiting for more than 2 months for it, still not available till today, promised to call us for update but have to visit them 3 times instead to inquire.

β β β β β I contacted the Bosch service centre and am very glad to speak to the polite customer service officer and listen to my home appliance issue. After a couple of minutes from our conversation, she told me that a Technician would call me, and in less than 10 minutes, I received a call and was given clear advice to proceed with booking an appointment to the service centre. I am pleased with their services rendered.

β β β β β Went there with my friend to repair her vacuum cleaner. The building itself was very easy to locate but confusing since the service center was not part of the main building. The security officer was friendly and well dressed and directed to the service centre.
The service centre itself was uniquely decorated and comfortable. The guy serving us was welcoming and professional in his job.?
