Wait time is about 1/2 hour.

β β β β β Water dispenser cannot be serviced here! Made a wasted trip. Came all the way here and waited before i was told by the customer service exec this new information. Shouldn't these be made known upfront? Why does Philip have multiple service centres for different thing?

β β β β β I am really disappointed with Philip LCD TV service (still within warranty) is taking damn long to repair offsite. The support staff (wear t-shirt and bermuda) came to my house to collect my TV and told me it requires 5 to 7 days to repair. I expect the support staff to repair onsite but he said that he needs to bring back to his workshop to troubleshoot.
My TV issue is related to TV remote sensor is having intermittent connectivity issue with the remote TV controller.
This is the first time I have encountered where the TV needs to repair offsite for up to 7 days. Really poor service and I do not experience this issue with other TV brands.
I regret buying Philip LCD TV and will not buy their TV going forward.

β β β β β Taking 2 months (and counting) to resolve an ordinary LCD flickering issue on my monitor is just totally unacceptable and unprofessional. There have been no proactive updates from anyone from Philips or their service partner R-Logic, and I only get the usual βstill waiting for partsβ response when I call them. Will definitely think twice about buying a Philips product let alone recommending to friends. Appalling.

β β β β β The service attitude is too bad. I applied for a refund on April 18 and have not given a refund until now. The first time I asked to wait 48 hours, the second time I waited 3 days, the fourth time I waited 15 days, and the fifth time I waited 15 days , has been waiting for 15 days, it is simply deceiving customers,

β β β β β Had a chance to visit the service centre due to the faulty rice cooker purchase a year ago.
To my surprise, it's not crowded at all, likely due to the Covid-19 cluster in Toa Payoh.
The centre is nice and comfortable.
Staff was friendly too.
But the servicing took 5 days which out of my expectation.
Overall, okay except for the long wait.
