I wanted to know whether the AirWrap would work for my hair, so I booked a demo at the Dyson Beauty Lab at Westgate. The booking was very easy to do - and even change - through the Dyson website. The staff went through how the AirWrap works step by step, and then the stylist demonstrated its different features on my hair. I told her that I was looking for more volume, so we focused on how the AirWrap could achieve that (we used the C-curl brush on the roots and ends of my hair). The result was great! My hair became both more voluminous and smoother. Overall a very pleasant experience that convinced me that AirWrap would be useful for me.

Called the Dyson at westgate numerous times on different days(weekdays/weekends), but they never pick up the phone at all.

A good product and customer service should come hand in hand. But, it is not the case for this company, or outlet I suppose. My family and I have since made a order with delivery which was promised to be delivered on 24th December 2020, Christmas eve, by 5PM. At 4:45PM, we have decided to made a call to the outlet giving them a heads up that we have yet to receive it. We were told to contact DHL which happens to be doing their courier service. I then made a call to DHL and in my surprise, the customer agent told me the timing stipulated was between 7-10pm instead. It is Christmas eve and I believe everyone has their plans but however, due their incompetency to deliver as promised, we have to delay the plans we had. Now that I am making this review, they have yet to call me back for an answer despite making multiple calls. I am in such a disappointment with their type of service they are providing for their customers and I will definitely not return to make any purchases.

Thank you to the male staff ( sorry din get yr name ) who assisted and help me source the availability of the vacuum. Appreciate his professionalism and helpfulness to go the extra mile. 20th Jan 22 time 2.20pm.

They charge you premium, market themselves as premium, but you will find better service standards from any hawker centers than from Dyson. Their call center staff is useless as ever. Not sure what the call center is for. ?‍♂️ - Multiple non follow up. The only thing they are good at is taking down your contact detail and β€œwe’ll get back in 48 hours”. They must have done it 10k times per staff, cause it’s so smooth and natural coming from them. Don’t expect anything from them. THEY WILL NEVER GET BACK. - Clueless about their operation. I called to ask if I can use Nex vouchers at their Dyson @ Nex store because Nex website says can. Sure, they are clueless and need to check. of course they asked for 48 hours to check, which was dealt with non follow up. :) I had to personally drive down and ask their staff in person. - Their call center actually have no clues what is going on with all their digital stores. They can’t check, can’t help with anything. Not sure if they are separate companies? ?‍♂️. Amazing Their LazMall staff is in a league of their own. ? - Bought their air purifier fan during 12.12. Realized I bought the wrong model and want to upgrade. I was told to reject upon delivery so that they can process refund. Did exactly that, refund was not processed after more than 2 weeks. Chat them multiple times. Each time they asked for 48 hours to check. Seriously what is there to check apart from proof of delivery from DHL?! It is either I have signed and collected or I have not. Why do they need so many days to check?!! Oh and the best part, 2 and a half weeks later, I received a delivery notification from DHL. They are attempting to deliver the item to me again. Of course their chat support is ever so useless. Slow in response and useless. Cannot answer anything right (that is if they actually answer you). - Like their friends from the call center, the clowns operating the chat support also like to pangseh. Smooth is copying and pasting β€œwill get back in 48 hours”. But none actually will get back. Jesus Christ these clowns are hilarious. They are a bunch of Apple wannabe. Charge premium, market as premium, but customer service failed to keep up. Each entity operates on their own. As if Dyson flagship lazada is one company, call center is another, physical store is another. The only consistent thing about them is how useless they are in supporting their customers. As it stands, they still owe me $742 of refund. ? And I have no effing idea what are they sending me with the DHL package today that I didn’t order (I hope it is not a bomb). They get 1 star only for the product. 0 for everything else.
