★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited collection available and condescending staff. One staff was not helpful after I explained of what I was looking for and I heard another staff told another customer, "you need to u tie the shoelace first". ? Prob only interested to attend to seasoned runners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience here. Was served by a part timer called Yang Kai i think, extremely good attitude and was very knowledgeable.
As a casual runner, i was initially thinking of getting the Hoka One One Bondi 7, but after i tried on the shoe and Yang Kai felt how my foot fit in the shoe, he suggested a couple of alternatives. I ended up getting a another shoe, the Clifton 7s, which i think are much more comfortable.
The shop itself also had a pretty wide selection of running shoes and gear. Would recommend anyone looking to pick up a good quality pair of trainers to give Running Lab a go. They offer brands that are not very commonly seen like Hoka and On running, they also have socks, water bottles, electronics and many more items that are specifically for runners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended by my brother to come here and get a new pair of running shoes since I picked up running recently. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable (sorry didn't get your name) recommended a few pairs with different functions after asking me a few questions. I like how professional the shop is as they even have a treadmill for you to do test run!
Great experience here, learnt a few useful knowledge about running and had a good chit chat with the staff too! If you are new to running and not sure which pair to get, come here and consult the staff for some great advice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was asking the only Filipino female staff whether there is any other available colour for the Hoka Asahi 5 shoe and the way she replied was very rude. She may be attending to a potential customer but that is not the way to treat a customer. Bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic. I never care less about details of sports shoes other than aesthetics. However, recently i got into running again and my foot hurts. Running Lab put me on the treadmill to assess how my foot reacts when im walking and jogging. The staff recommended 3 shoes from different brands based on my profile. Profile of my foot was explained as well. I tested all three in the shop, did a little walk and jog and I purchased one that feels the best. The shoes are a little pricey compared to the average but they are meant for running and for what you paid, you get what fits you best.

It was a great day and I am super excited to buy a shoes from running lab.
At first i really dont know which shoes to buy because my desired shoes has been sold out and the other shoes is over my budget. After that he suggest to me to buy another shoes which is also great and perfect for my marathon.
He give me to try 2-3 shoes within my budgets, then I decided to spend my money to the shoes which is great and premium with the help of your staff.
?? Thumbs up to the staff which I forgot to ask his name but that guy is extremely helpful to me for buying and selecting shoes.
He deserve a good recognition and I give 5 star to him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
