Your staff is very distracted and inflexible.
Dropped my milk tea by accident and was hoping for a friendly replacement

โ โ โ โ โ I always buy from each a cup since I tried their drink November this year. I love their Mango Passion Smoothie! That's why I always go back to buy one. And I also love how the staff prepares my drink so fast and good even if there's a long queue, and also how the cashier girl always smiles at me whenever she takes my order.
But then I noticed this past week that the bubbly girl who always take my order was not there. Its good for a shop to have a frontliner like that, who always smiles and welcomes customer. Hope I could see her again in Ion, its nice to buy from someone so bubbly even if its busy.

โ โ โ โ โ Authentic bubble tea. My favourite is Milk Bubble Tea with pearls. However one thing I observed is that the medium cup sizes have become a little smaller :) and the prices are little higher

โ โ โ โ โ Like this place for its novel drinks. They are generous with their ingredients too.
My fave is the giant 1000 cc cup of Earl Grey Lemon with white pearls. They have to do something about the queueing though, people tried to cut over the others because of the rarely functional screen ordering system... not cool.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought the Coconut Smoothie from ION today at 2:28PM, drank and found inside have this metal scrub thingy?? Luckily I didn't consume it n split it out instead. PLEASE BE HYGIENIC! N CHECK BEFORE packaging it! ??? I wonder if the drink can still be consumed or not ????
