I’m just a regular browsing customer with roving eyes for multiple brands but Fendi’s service is top notch even when they know you’re there just to browse . The team goes the extra mile to connect with you and make you feel at home . That is certainly the key differentiator compared to the many other luxury boutiques who are purely transactional and practical .

He is quite tall & slightly chubby. He is very soft spoken & knowledgeable with vast experiences in this industry. Thank you so much for the effort to show around my wife with her enquiries. For sure,we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an exceptional experience at the Fendi store in Ion yesterday with special thanks to Mr Preston Yap and of course the other lovely staff as well. He understood what sorts of styles we were looking for really well and was able to recommend the right pieces we eventually got :)
While we were waiting, he was also really engaging and knowledgable about previous collections and we got to learn more about the brand. Thanks for going above and beyond for your clients! We will be back!
