Eighteen Chefs Tampines Hub - 1 Tampines Walk

It was the 1st time we dine in here and it will be our last. We dine at other outlets and it was so much better! Tamp hub outlet should train their staffs better or just close. Restaurant was not even crowded. Only about 4 tables were occupied. There was this lady staff that showed her unhappiness. Slamming chairs around while clearing the tables. Throwing utensils and banging stuffs around. I think she was incharge of the drinks. We can clearly see other staffs was annoyed with her. Also we wanted to buy bottled water but they were out of stock. So we requested iced water but was told they dont sell it. I mean seriously. Tap water n ice to makeup for you not having bottled water is resonable request. We are willing to pay for it. This nonsense did not happen at other outlets. Now i know why even during peak hour lunch time the restaurant was not crowded at all. Food was average. Not recommended! If you wish to dine at Eighteen chefs, please visit other outlets.

Food is bad man. Promo curry baked rice taste so bland. How do you consider it a baked rice when there is no baked portion on the top of the dish and with minimal curry and cheese. The food portion of the ingredients apart from the rice is so pathetically less. To be honest fill my cat stomach. It is so horrendous I doubt anybody without the knowledge of the restaurant will enjoy fall victim

Came here at the request of my child as he enjoyed the experience of Eighteen Chefs at Tampines Hub previously. We came in and the staff requested I scan the safe entry again even though I had scanned it earlier.. I guess she’s being safe? I ordered the kid’s fish and chips for my child and found a deal on ShopBack for a salted egg yolk pasta with Coke Zero. I was quite surprised the staff had some issues trying to process the deal, but I guess it’s fine, everyone learns something new everyday. But what I was not too happy with was the fact that the staff wanted to press the redemption code of ShopBack on my phone. This is not right as it’s Covid period and no one should be man handling another person’s phone. After explaining it to the staff, they finally allowed me to key in the code myself. I think staff should be educated in Covid-19 safe practices. Other than that, food was acceptable. Child did not like the corn on the fish and chips. Ice cream was a delight for my child. Service was acceptable and staff was polite.

Came here on 5 Feb 22 Saturday afternoon. Entered the restaurant and ordered when it was EMPTY, however everyone else who came in afterwards got their food first (we didn't even get our drinks or starters). We asked the manager the status of our food as it was delayed by 40mins but he kept saying that everyone else ordered first and we have to wait for our turn. Afterwards he blamed us that we ordered later than everyone else (but the restaurant was empty when we ordered). Fusilli was bland and watery and the chicken tasted rubbery in the middle and watery inside. Usually we have no issues with the restaurant as we frequent here but today ain't it.

Had a great experience here! The waitress standing at the entrance was very welcoming. I enjoyed her service. She was attentive to customer's requests and delivered excellent service. i am impressed and satisfied with my experience over at this outlet and will definitely return here again for another visit. Kudos to this outlet for having such great service. :) recommended!

The soup, although delicious, was lukewarm and the spaghetti was a little overboard in sourness. Nonetheless the chicken was nicely fried and the staff were friendly. Popular with the younger crowd. Busy but no need to queue during lunch due to ample seats. Location is a little off the main foot traffic at Our Tampines Hub. Free parking from 12pm to 2pm.

This is not my first time at Eighteen Chef. But this time I ordered using the QR code, overall experience is with the website. The baked rice is a surprise and with nice cheese and balanced taste. The mushroom soup is a little bit too salty though. The fusillli and cheese kids meal looks pathetic. Cheese fries is just average.

this was bad and had none of the standard we expected having visited the old eighteen chef in Simei Eastpoint. the steak itself was decent enough, but everything else was not worthy of the 17 bucks price tag. the soup was very salty. the drinks pathetic compared to the menu pictures. the cheese rice had nice cheese but everything else was unacceptable. you would get way better western food in the hawkers. will avoid eighteen chefs from now on.
