β β β β β The lady at the security is extremely rude. She told us to wait outside like she's making an order. I asked a question but she just repeated what she already said which was not even an answer. The staff in the embassy was very gentle and nice, I don't understand why the embassy keep hiring her. They definitely should train her at least.

β β β β β They only accept appointment via website only and credit card for payment. I knew some embassy check thoroughly for safety issue, so it's reasonable. Make sure you bring things you need, don't come too early, and never be late.

β β β β β Staffs from French embassy got me to pay $250 for the visa that cannot be issued to me! Such a scam, no replies on email nor follow up ever since I have paid to this embassyβ¦.

β β β β β Lousy lazy people working there !!! They replicate the same working french mentality in Singapore The less they work the better they are!!! Knowing how efficient the Singaporeans are, each time we go to the French embassy, we are shame to be french!!!

β β β β β I was reading lots of complaints regarding the Asian security lady. Iβm agreed with this mater. First impression is the best impression. She is representing a nation Embussy. I hope embassy of the France will look into this mater and taught them more about professionalism. I love their place mostly because of located just opposite of Singapore botanic garden.
Few tips :
1. Donβt come early since they wonβt allow you to enter inside until your appointment time comes.
2. BOTANIC GARDEN MRT just opposite, if you have plenty time then you can use MRT.
3. Only service seeker person will allow to enter inside.

β β β β β Each visit to this embassy is nightmare. From the security guards to staffs have horrible working attitude. They are all extremely rude at arrival and wanted to do less for inquiries. Wish I can avoid visiting this embassy. sigh...it's extremely stressful to just think about it.

β β β β β Their new phone system gives you option 1 to talk to the consulate, but when option 1 is pressed, the phone disconnects! As the system does not allow to talk to an operator, it's impossible to join the consulate or to know when they open...Mr Ambassador, I really think you should appoint someone serious responsible for Quality Assurance, and I hope you got rid of the awful indian woman security guard (I haven't been for a few months)
