β β β β β I would give 10 stars if can! Dr Tim is the best doctor Iβve ever seen. Went to see him on 12/5 evening due to my eyes problem and he explained every details patiently to me.. do a thorough check up on my eyes, head, neck and posture. Iβve previously seen 2 doctors at CBD area and they donβt even do a thorough check. Thanks Dr Tim!

β β β β β No proper signage to differentiate between those seeing doctor and those getting their vaccination. Waiting at the door as there are other people at the counter not knowing the queue is for seeing doctor not for vaccination. Waste time waiting as no one inform where to go. Only when the counter is available, went up to ask and was told the vaccination is on the other side. Same clinic different queue. Dumb.
At least the persons who did the vaccination are very much courteous.

β β β β β Very Very Bad experience with this clinic.. I'm writing this reviews after having 4 times bad experience from staff admin.
Staff admin is very rude and talk loudly. She always reject to take patient at any time and always tell there patient is full and long queue. They don't consider the patient situation, even having high fever.
Clinic close at 1pm but they still reject to take patients from 11am. Staff admin always rush to close the clinic.

β β β β β Very bad experience of long waiting for unclear staff and system/procedure today. Hesitated to go because of the low ratings but my family said the doctor was good. I came at almost 930am today and registered to see doctor for cold/flu symptoms but told the nurse/ staff that I did my own ART 24 hours ago and result was negative. He gave me queue number 14 and asked me to wait outside. That's all. The queue number inside the doctor room was 6 that time. 5-10 ?mins waiting the same staff asked me to follow him and do ART. This was not informed during registration but I thought why not. Then I waited again for 1hour++ and outside was hot, humid and windy. I feel unwell. The queue system is inside where I checked previously 12 then jump back to 11. So I asked why and how long. The staff (she) said its because some people went home and came back. But I had never been told this, I also just lived nearby. The other nurse said that they always said the expected waiting time and its our choice. People came there unwell and waited so long outside with not in sequence waiting time leh. I asked to cancel my queue, they said ok. Its me again that reminded them I did ART. I paid $21.4 with no receipt and need to chase for ART result. Best of it, I went to other clinic who said that I should have seen doctor first before clinic can ask me do ARt and because I did ART test in this clinic, I can't go another clinic for 24hours. Worst experience in doctor ever.

β β β β β My daughter had a temperature of 38.1 this morning. She vomited and body aches terribly and shaky. I had to walk her slowly to the clinic. Reached clinic at 11.15am . Clinic closes at 1 pm. Upon reaching there ,they told me registration is closed and not able to see the doctor. They refused to register my daughter even though they could see how bad my daughter condition was. And then one of the nurse suggested that I should pay 35.00 surcharge if I still insist to get the registration done since it already is closed( decided to close it much earlier) I find that really absurd, I am not late to start with but yet I have to pay surcharge. Since my daughter is already in pain, I don't want to prolong the argument, so I agreed to pay the $35.00 excluding the consultation and medicine. When I was brought to the counter, another nurse concluded that doctor is busy and will not able to register us and suggested I should be looking for another clinic, at this moment my daughter was already feeling nauseous and vomiting.
I was so shocked with how these few nurses at the ETERN CLINIC PUNGGOL was told to behave or claim it is their protocol. It is time Etern Clinic should look into their service
Lack of empathy is not something that pick from books, it should be felt from the HEART

β β β β β I always think if frontliners do not have the heart to be empathetic and even be polite as a fundamental requirement, they are probably not suitable for the job. Iβm not asking for a sunflower smile even, but asking only one question of when I should come back after registration is equivalent to more non-eye contact and impatience by the staff. I was asked to come back after 1 hr, which I did. Then was told at least another hour more. I was number 13 right from the Start, it would not hurt to let me know to come back 2 hours later. Many of us have to work from home and I could have gotten some calls and work done on a proper laptop at home rather than mobile work phone on a stool under the sun.
If you are paying on your own, you might want to choose other clinics in the same area.

β β β β β Bad experience for the second time !!
I usually do not write bad reviews, but this clinic forced me to do so. these days, Staff do not respond and always in rush to look for next patient.
I was given incorrect information, because of which I lost Half day of my work, for no reason. Etern Management seriously needs to look into such matters! ( we fully understand that these days Staff are under great pressure due to increasing covid cases etc, but then management has to look into, to manage such situations.)

β β β β β I went to see a doctor because of my asthma. Staffs and doctors are kind and professional. Understand that they were very busy because lots of people were waiting outside even though the clinic wasnβt open yet.
However, it seemed staff worked well in their roles and tried to do their best.
They also kindly called me in the evening whether or not I'm ok after I took medicine and how was my asthma condition. I was impressed.
I definitely will visit this clinic again.
