Awesome location, easily assessable. Its a 3min walk from Simei MRT. Top floor of Eastpoint mall. The place is spanking new, clean and the size is big compared to other F45s. Whats awesome are the friendly trainers. Shoutout to Bo, Aniqah, Ronn and Ghaz for their infectious energy and making the class super fun.

Covid 19 had really hit us hard especially for a healthcare worker like me . It had taken a big toll on my well being . I was looking for someone, something or a place that could boost me up. I have heard of the big name F45 and how it has done wonders to a few of my family members and friends. I was electrified when I came to know F45 was coming to Simei, a stone's throw away from where I worked. I was never a gym goer and I find the gym a very intimidating place . I have always been curious on how does a fitness community looks like and how it feels to be in one. I finally braced myself to step into the real F45 Simei Studio. When I first started , I was intimidated by the equipments amidst the red, blue and white architecture. Amazingly, I forget my fear as soon as I got on to the blue track. I am fortunate to be trained under many good pairs of hands in F45 Simei. The trainers are not only physically enthusiastic, they genuinely care and want the best outcome for the trainees. I love how F45 holistically design their cardio, strength and resistance training. Over the months it has definitely made me stronger and improve my fitness. Most importantly, I love how the manager and trainers bonded the F45 Simei community over a 45mins session. Thank You Ronnie , Ghaz, John, Shaik and Bo for always adding in lots of energy in each class and pushing me beyond my limit. Thank You Sarah and Sam for always making each class inclusive especially for ladies and always making sure no one gets left behind. And a big shout out to Gladwin, Jordie, Grace and Aniqah for being so patient and encouraging. Fast forward to today, I am 17kg off the scale. I am socially, mentally and physically better than how I was 4.5 months ago.

Attended the session this morning with Sarah as the instructor, she comes with ton of positive attitude. An approachable personality with the ability to teach and motivate me makes her a perfect start of the day for me. Love her sessions!
