Maid delay without any idea on when is maid arriving, keeps changing their words on maid status, staff has bad attitude, not following up with updates on my new maid application (I have to keep calling them to check for latest update), doesn’t pick up phone calls etc etc! When I wanted to speak to the boss of the maid agency, the staff refused my request! Really have had enough of them! They don’t even deserve a star to be frank!
L	Loh Jasmine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst maid agency, all their maid selection were so bad. 1st maid pushed my daddy and we lodged police case yet we still need to pay for transfer fee with lounging fee of that violent maid. The 2nd maid almost runaway from my house. She even called police to threaten us. The main agency branch even rejected our call when we seek for helped. They kept transfer the call here and there and saying this is not their case. Push the call from one branch to another branch. Even the maid has to call their "mama" (The person that brought them in sg"). No one take responsibility for maid almost runway. When we returned the maid back to agency, we also saw other employer returning maid with police escorts. Imagine how bad their maid behave and attitude. They are really badly trained. Poor quality! They are outraged to earn every single charge to employer. Bad after services.
H	Hazel Tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service after paying the fees. the helpers were all very poor quality, cant do household chores, cant handle children and tell many lies. the agency dont train the helpers at all. very shocked to learn and paid a heavy price. dont ever ever use this agency again. when we have issue with maid they dont even bother to entertain me after paying up. no aftersales service at all. believe the good reviews are all fake. never return my calls or pick up my phone or reply sms. even show me bad attitude. they have lots pf hidden fees though their fees are cheap upfront . use this agency at your own risks its a scam.

y	yang jiaxuan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I selected a maid from the Far East maid agency in March 2021, and made the payment, but the agent Jane kept dragging, until I asked her, she told me the selected maid had no passport, so I chose another maid. When the new maid reached my home, she kept saying she didn’t want to continue to work, put up a drama of fainting, called the police in august 2021 to say she was abused, so that the police brought her away, eventually, police proved my innocence, but we were barred from hiring maid for 3 months during the investigation. When I called the agent Jane to resolve the issue, she kept hanging up my call and refuse to help. Instead, she made money of $2600 from transferring The Maid to a new employer. I don’t even know whether she instigated The Maid to call police to exit, so she could make money. I tried to call Jane to settle balance of insurance and ask whether can send me new profiles, but she kept pushing away. I learnt a lesson from this, and this is the first time and also the worst experience I have ever had in hiring a maid.

I have compared with other maid agencies, their price is good and highly recommended! I told them my requirements and they assisted in shortlisting the right helpers. Customer experience is refined. Really highly recommended !!

Jane request to continue the communication through WhatsApp but did not reply even after hours passed by. Oh god, how on earth did we land up at this maid hiring agency?!

He sit through the interview unlike other agents who only pass me the number to call. The maid he recommended was pleasant and cheerful and good with kids. He was patient to answer my questions and the fees are transparent and very reasonable. Highly recommended! Hope to work with him again in the future.
