★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor time management of the owner - continues to take online orders via food delivery apps despite having people waiting for their food physically. Heavily understaffed with 1 cook after 8.30pm. Ordered with the stand showing 10-20 mins but waited for 40mins in total as the owner took online orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly poor time management. I went to place my order at a non-peak timing (3:06pm) and went to get my groceries and other food. Came back at 3:35pm and found that my order was still waiting at the sides to be cooked. Came back at 3:42pm only to see that my order was still at the same place waiting to be cooked. One of the guys saw my order number, panicked and quickly cooked my order in front of me. Note - he took less than 5 MINUTES to finish cooking my order. So why is it that I had to wait for 40 minutes for my order to be ready?
Even the sign of 20-30 min waiting time is not accurate, as it definitely takes a longer time than that, although it is ridiculous in the first place that we have to wait this long for an order given that restaurants can produce the same type and quality of food within a much shorter amount of time.
Don't bother wasting your time here. Disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple and yet delicious food from Wok Hey at Novena. Tried their fried rice and fried udon and I find their udon more unique and loved their chilli to go with it. Just make the entire dish perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had their Fresh Udon with Spinach & Shimeiji mushrooms - very yummy! Sorry I ate half before taking a picture but the portion is very decent! Like their sauce, which is a good balance of sweet and savoury. Will brave the queue to try other options next time! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good but the Novena outlet is incredibly slow. You frequently have to wait 30 mins for your order even though their orders are not huge. They produce one order about every 8 mins so it just takes 3 people to come at once and you’ll be waiting a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take away their fried rice and customize my own protein and stuff. I like how convenient you can choose your own stuff and they always put up a good show like tossing the rice up and down. I like seeing how my food is cooked freshly in front of me. Highly recommended for fast takeaway.
