Fatburger & Buffalo’s @ Junction 10 - 1 Woodlands Rd

Waited around 30min for the meal to arrive although dine-in was pretty empty. Guess was the coping with deliveries. Food was so so and bread was too charred for our liking. Considering the value, dropped from 3 to 2 stars. Hope to see improvement…

I seriously could not justify the price at Fatburger. Close to $40 for two pax including add ons. Burgers were sloppy, Chicken Burger is literally fried chicken with buns that’s all. Service staff forgot to give our onion rings, which were not served hot when we asked. The only thing that is nice is their milkshake. For what it’s worth, I’ve had better burgers for a fraction of the price.

Saw them on Grabfood and I decided to give it a try since I am at Junction 10. I love their decoration, it gives me a really good first impression. The prices for the burgers are on the high side, taste is decent, probably can’t justify for the price tag. Worthwhile to give it a try but not coming back anytime soon.

Worst food quality. I have visited Fatburgers at star vista and novena many times. This was by far the worst experience. 1. The onion rings were 'cold'. Full of oil dripping. See the pic that has oil dripped in to the paper tray. 2. The chicken was stale. Although I live nearby, Will never visit this store again.

Visited on 22 Dec. Great burgers and real onion rings! Loved the beef bacon and cheese added to my single patty burger. ?? a bit pricey but it's the best burger joint in bukit panjang so I can't complain!

Be prepared to wait. Went on a Saturday afternoon and they seem severely understaffed with only 3 people working. It took over 25mins from order to getting the meal even though we ordered three things. They also managed to forget my order of fries. As many have mentioned, price on the high side for what you get. I ordered the classic single burger set, a fish burger and boneless buffalo wings "hot". Total was around $32. The burger was generic, good medium rare but no real taste to the greyish meat. Fish burger was a little better but again for $9.5 it should be. Whatever you do, do not order the boneless wings. They are big dry chicken breast pieces that disappointingly coated in a version of Frank's Red Hot sauce. With these prices and experience, don't think I'll ever go back.

3 star for the food but 2 stars given the low value for money. Just too expensive for what you get. Perhaps am too harsh as I was thinking of 5 guys when reviewing. Had Fat Orginal Burger (meal at $15. +$2 for onion rings) and kids baby fat meal ($9.50) and tried their bone-in wings ($7.50) We were unlucky as they had a huge order and we had to wait before our order could be taken (there were only 3 staff and all hands were on deck cooking) That outlet has about 8 tables, most can seat 4 pax. You have to access from outside the mall. Onions rings were nice but a tad too oily. Definitely with real rings of sliced onions! Kids burger were plain and small but served on a good portion of fries. Fries were alright. At least not soggy type bit just alright. Burger patty was almost non existent. Should probably order the 2 patty option. Wings were alright but they ran out of the boneless version (it was a Saturday 1.30pm) I would still try it one more time, perhaps going for their triple or even their quad option (you get your picture on their wall of fame). Still believe it is not worth the price.

Chili was hot hot hot! Am not a fan of hotdog but decided to give the chili dog a try and I am hooked! Generous chili and loaded with cheese and those buns ain't skinny, they soak up the chili very well. Yummy to the last bite. The chili fries could have been better with chunkier cut potatoes, the skinny ones were drowned in chili and need to be consumed stat! The boneless buffalo wings are chunky - hot is not hot, not even a tickle to the palate. The ranch dip is good but too little for such chunky 6 piece set. The crudités provided are too little - 2 carrot and 1 celery sticks (not pictured). Hardly enough. Price is reasonable. Will try again another time. Service was good, waiting time was acceptable. They have minimal staff at the moment so please be kind and understanding if the food takes a while to be prepared.
