β β β β β I repaired my watch here without any charges. It is still u der warranty period which is up to 2 years. I went there during the lunch hour and so quite. The staff are nice and gave good services

β β β β β Located on the eighth level, change your identity card for an entry pass at the security booth and take the lift up. You will see the service centre after exiting the lift. I was here for a simple battery replacement. Service was smooth and swift and the waiting queue was okay. It took them around 20min to check the watch and change the battery before i could get my watch back..

β β β β β Had to book an appointment more than 1 week advance and have to take a leave on a weekday because every other time is full. Came all the way down and waited for 40 mins just so I can let them know what's happening with my watches. Told me the other watch of mine will only take 15 mins to change battery, in actual 30 mins taken. The main watch have to drop off because it's hard to fine the screwdriver to do it. Left already and told me they couldn't do it.
Please have better management and receiving of customer, you are a service line of an international brand. This should be better instead of wasting people's time and effort.

β β β β β Arrived here at 4pm and got a queue number as I plan to change new straps for my 2 watches. There are only 2 persons ahead of my number so I waited. I even asked the lady if they have a catalog so I can browse through it and she explained that they only have few colors in stock so I can only choose once my turn is up. My number was called at 5pm and to my dismay, after waiting for an hour, there was NO STOCK FOR ANY STRAPS for both of my watches! THEY WASTED MY TIME! I had to take an afternoon off from work so I could do this! They should assess each customer upon arrival before giving out numbers to wait. The lady was nice and apologetic. She even mentioned to avoid Fridays as there's usually a long wait. Although she should have mentioned it earlier that waiting time is about an hour and there is a possibility that they do not have available stocks then we could all have moved on and done something productive instead! PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SYSTEM OR ADD A SATURDAY TIMING TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE!

β β β β β By appointment only, with serverly limited slots on weekends. From my experience, for servicing without warranty, you will be charged $15 for the assessment plus a new battery if it was battery issue. If it was not a battery issue, assessment is free. Cost to replace a module is $95. Service staff were friendly and informative.

β β β β β Shop service is good. But I have bad experience with fossil watch my hybrid watch spoiled within 2 year they say will take 2 months to service still waiting. My smart watch is peak spoiled bf wearing . So think bf buy

β β β β β I have a Burberry and a DKNY watch. They both had issues shortly after purchase and both under fossil. Back then, the service was already horrendous and not thorough, so much so that for both of my watches, I had to return again within a day or two of the repair for another round of repair because thereβs something wrong with the first round.
They have now decided to drop the Burberry watch brand. As you can imagine, the watch is not a 10, 100 bucks one. They MADE the watch and decided to just drop it like βnope, not our care anymoreβ. The least they could do is to recommend a good local watch shop to have it fixed since no one else knows they watch THEY made better than them right? No.
I already stopped buying any brands under fossil since the repair horrors, now I am writing here to discourage everyone from getting any of their watches because at any time, they are just gonna irresponsibly drop your watch brand and stop servicing your expensive watch so that you will have to buy another one and they keep earning money βrightfullyβ. This business should not exist!

β β β β β Just like most number of feedbacks here, Fossil Customer Service sucks! Not even deserve a 1 star. Today, they destroyed my watch without any compensation. I also had to take leave from work since their appointment system is also a disaster. If you are thinking to buy any Fossil products, please think a million times since the stress they will give you for repairs is not worth it.
