A+ for customer service, however the store is a bit small and didn't seem to carry as much as UK and HK. Lastly, they only carry 4 sizes so if you know the exact size you wear but they do not carry it, then you should try the online store. But be warned, should you need to return your online purchases, postage and insurance will be borne by you.

Not the normal type of jewelries that you can find everywhere, they really put effort into making unique statement pieces that are quite bold and signature. Good combination of items to go together as well. Nice choice especially when gifting season is coming.

Able to advise well on how best to blend and layer the necklaces with pendants. Go beyond the usual call of duty. The extra mileage extended makes one feel so welcomed. I will definitely repeat my visit there, at Ion Orchard. I adore designs by Monica Vinader, a style of her own with versatility!

She replaced my necklace with a new one, it was such a nice surprise. I feel much better that I can still have my necklace on me everyday instead of doing without one. The quality of the pieces from them are amazing. Though they do recommend not to shower with it, i do it anyway and they do not tarnish at all. They remain super shiny and hypoallergenic. Here is a picture of a bracelet that im planning to get my mom’s birthday. Pros of buying gold vermeil: they cannot pawn it wakakkakaka it gives them something to hold on longer to, to keep as a sentimental item.

Their 100-day returns policy is not free - you will have to pay DHL $35 as it is overseas refund/exchange. Great if you are sure of size measurements but definitely would not recommend for gifts. Online customer service not empathetic nor receptive to customer feedback. To those of us who are used to a great omnichannel experience from brands, the customer experience may be a tad bit more frustrating.

Visited this store to purchase a gift for my significant other and personally buying jewelry is a process of discovery, I never know the piece till it selects you and getting there will require a patient and attentive sales person to help in making the right choice. The sales lady who served me did just that and also provided very good recommendations to help in selecting the item. I entered the shop not having a clue what to get but left very satisfied with the perfect gift. I will certainly be back to shop the next gift. Tips: MW offers engraving on their pieces and there’s a 5 year warranty of their items.
