Guess she had a serious bad mood, no greetings no eyes contact no smile and the face is as black as kopi o. simply folded the clothes and threw them in front of me as no carrier is needed. My first Google review has gone to H&M. Management pls take note

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a walk through but didn’t really get anything. It was ok but somehow nothing caught my eyes. Prices are decent but just somehow it felt slightly out of fashion. It’s a large shop and on two levels of ION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check your receipts! Just went for shopping here today because they’re on sale. When I went home and finally checked the receipts, the prices of some items are more expensive than on their tags. I went back to the store immediately and I was told the prices should be reflected after May 31st. But why are the items displayed with these prices now? I returned everything I bought out of principle. Not sure if they did something to correct this mistake but I’m definitely never buying from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shop today at ion around 9pm,,, however staff at men section was very rude serve me like I owe her money. If she don't want to work,, take are break or leave or resign. It totally spoil my shopping experience. (Slim Chinese lady in spactical) ?
