β β β β β Informed me 2 hours before my appointment that my appointment has to be rescheduled. Poor service. Update: Rescheduled and attended my appointment. Good products and service. Outbreaks healed quickly, unlike with other places where outbreaks plagued my face for very long. Signed a package with them at a reasonable price.

β β β β β I couldn't find a button to leave a review on the Fave app, so here I am..! So I got a voucher from Fave for "Classic Gel Mani + Classic Pedi + Return Soak-off for 1 person". My nails were done by May and soak-off by Aleta. Though the staff speaks Mandarin predominantly and my Mandarin is terrible, service here is impeccable! Even the soak-off felt therapeutic because of the conversation I had with Aleta. The environment is so calming and positive, different from other places I've been to. At other places, they are quick to point out your flaws and tell you that you need other services in an effort to boost sales whereas at Free Skin & Body Perfect, the staff showered me with compliments and recommended other services but were not pushy. Thank you May & Aleta for being so genuine and for the pleasant experience, I will be sure to return! x
