The service was ok but came later than expected. Serviceman was for but pricey in my opinion. It took them 15-20 minutes to change a small fan behind the freezer, it cost $220.

The day after they fixed my old fridge then it broke again, they came back and fixed it again with no additional charge. A little pricey but it's worth it considering how long it took them to repair it.

Although it hasn’t gain much feedback here. Let me be the first to highlight how it gain my trust. The technician Calls before arrival, he ask question and identify the problem to replace necessary part and also explain on how problem arise. He even goes a great length to explain on maintenance tips. You can tell a person is trying his best to make his client happy. Well done! I am fully satisfied.

Twin door Fridge was not closing well. Initially I thought it must be the sealant. Called a couple of repair company but most said they are not familiar with this fridge model. I chance upon fridgefixsg and decided to give it a go. Didn’t expect too much as it was not in the top 10. However the responses provided was almost instant. And a follow up from a lady called me to find out more and arranged for technician to be down the very next day. Nearing sun set, they called again stating their technicians are available and after half and hour they are at my place. Ah siong and his team came, and I told them my fridge door not being able to close well and suspect it is the seal. Within 2 mins of looking at it, ah seong said it could be the door mount which could be broken. He tested the door by lifting it up and he found the source to the problem. Within 1/2 hr he made the immediate repair and now the fridge door is working well and can feel the suction again. Kudos to them. Highly recommended and thank you once again for the immediate help. Very reasonable repair pricing and he also gave some advise to me for the fridge before he left. Great team! Go for it those who are looking to have a piece of mind for fridge repair. Definitely Number 1!
