★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today and didn't buy anything but I recalled that I had a watch in my bag that was inaccurate with the minute hand and I ask the staff to help me take a look, he fixed the watch and didn't ask to pay for anything at all. Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the shop to look for a G shock watch. Nobody attended and the sales staff are chit chatting away in their own room in warmth and cosy corner ! One fat sales girl even shake leg while standing at the staff room door way. OMG !
No Service at all, might well close down ! Sure will shut down soon.

Already bought 5 watches from them.. and counting..

Recently I had a G-shock B5000 titanium that needed to be resized, the staff of the name Kris attended to me promptly and resized the bracelet to fit my wrist in a short time span of 5 minutes.
The service I have encountered on each visit over a period of 2 years with various service staff attending to me. My overall experience have always been great. They will be my go to outlet if I ever need to get any related products.
