So I bought a Razer keyboard from the shop. Turned out it had a hardware problem because it couldn't lock the FN button/function permanently (which was very weird, this was the first time I've encountered this and I have used many different keyboards before.. and it was RAZER!). I called the shop and the staff was extremely patient to me... we both weren't aware of this problem so we had to keep Googling to find the solution. He was willing to stay on the phone with me for almost an hour teaching me all the various strategies we could try (not to mention he had to handle other customers as well while talking to me). He didn't even sound annoyed once even though I was asking many silly questions. Eventually we managed to fix it! I'm sorry I didn't ask for your name but whoever you are thank you so much!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was thinking of a particular model but it was out of stock, so the staff recommended a similar laptop from another brand and upgraded the RAM (at a discount) to match the specifications of my intended model. I like my new laptop. The shop is a bit dark though. Are gamers generally nocturnal?

Purchase the laptop ( Asus Rog Flow Z3 ) from Funan game pro shop for my son birthday through their fast delivery 3 hour platform. Outer box was sealed, without any trace of being open, but when I open it , the laptop was not sealed and was being place in a very messy position as well as the box is kind of dent, as INDEED it was a used or display set without even informing the consumers at all, charger don’t even have a box and was place in a very weird position. Was told that delivery need to open and set up? Set up Till the box missing? Plan a better lie. Beware of this delivery service. Can pm me for the condition of the delivery photo of the laptop. Waste my time. Would even consider reporting this shop to the consumer service.

I have to say that I am really impressed with their service rendered at Funan shop. They were very professional and eager to provide assistance when I was having issues with my purchase through Shopee. As I was in a rush, I totally forgot to get the name of the staff who assisted me but it was a lady wearing spectacles. Definitely will be back to buy more from them.

Purchased an ASUS TUF VG259QM Monitor from them. Not only did the product box came unsealed, the power adapter was also missing. Initially requested for a 1 to 1 exchange for a new set but the company was not willing to do so, which did not make any sense. E.g., If a customer buys a product from a physical retail shop, goes back home and realise that it is missing a key component. Would you allow the customer to exchange the product on the spot? Or would you ask the customer to wait a few days for the missing product to arrive? That's not all, even had the audacity to ask the customer, to head down and settle the matter with ASUS, at the expense of their own time, for an inconvenience that was caused between Gamepro and ASUS. Gamepro then provided the option of either 1) Changing to a different model claiming that the current model (VG259QM) was out of stock 2) Full refund through Shopee Refused to believe that they were out of stock so I headed down to one of their outlets and had them verify and check for me if this model still existed in stores. And behold, there was still stock in the kallang outlet. So either: 1) The Gamepro employee at Funan that I was liaising with for this issue the whole time, was lying for the sake of convenience Or 2) The Gamepro employee at the other outlets misinformed me about the availability of stocks. (can't really be this since I was physically there to witness him call and check for the availability of stocks at the other outlets) At this point, it was clear to me the type of customer service that Gamepro provides and with that lost my trust in them. If I had to go through all that before even getting the chance to use a proper working product, I simply cannot imagine what it would be like to deal with them regarding other aftersales matters or for product warranty. Requested for a refund later that day since they were unwilling to make a 1 to 1 exchange for a new set. Slightly lower price did not warrant the time spent to rectify the issue or inconvenience caused. 10/10 would not recommend and would rather buy from other trusted retailers.
