When I messaged the number to ask for a quotation, the reply was prompt and clear.
I then decided to βignoreβ the message for awhile to decide on my plans. Surprisingly, the person did not chase me for my business.
From my point of view, I would think that the company is not pushy and in desperate need of money (not a scam). Which, when you think about it, is a good thing.
So 3 weeks later, I messaged the person with my house details.
The site survey date was quickly set up and the guy was punctual in coming down. He is friendly and willing to answer your questions.
He also updated me very quickly on the details of my windows/grills.
After the installation, I am a very and satisfied customer.
