★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy here was rude. Unfriendly. I told him that his surface of the ice cream shows melting cause he did not cover the fridge . When he scope the ice cream. The half body and head went in the fridge . Without putting head cover .. when I asked him to recommend which is the best choice, he reply " I don't know ! U calculate yourself!!!I was so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20% off from 1330 to 1700hrs is only for a single recipe more than 80dollars.
Theres a sign stating 20% off with a tag showing 'more than 80dollars'. I dont understand why they only put the tag only from 1330hrs to 1700hrs but removed during other hours.

I recently visited Geláre at Square 2 with a group of 10 friends. We had waited patiently for 1.30pm as we would be able to qualify for the 20% off from the full menu. We had made 2 separate purchases, and we only found out we didn't meet the requirement of minimum $80 spend (per receipt) after we checked our receipt and checked with the cashier.
It would have been a much more pleasant experience if the staff had informed us about the minimum spend to qualify for the promotion.

Anyway, I do agree with the other review that there was a male staff who looked really unhappy working based on his actions.
