β β β β β The food here is very delicious. I would say itβs a wonderful place to have afternoon tea with friends or business partners. The service crews are very observant, theyβve been provided excellent service during our stay. Especially thanks K.C. who is a very nice guy and also thanks his colleague- Shirlina, Shi Yi and Michael for their service! Overall, we enjoyed our high tea experience for the over 4 hours in Gingerlily and weβll definitely come back again in the future! Highly recommend!!!

β β β β β I came here for both tea and dinner. When I first visited, I ordered the house blend tea and dessert, both called Ginger Lily. The former was recommended to me by the staff and it was a good one. However, I wasnβt a fan of the dessert as I couldnβt discern the flavour and it was quite pricey. That said, the Apple Strudel I got, I loved. It was sweet, filled with apple chunks and the pastry shell was crisp.
The wait staff was so pleasant that I made a dinner reservation for the next day. I went all out and ordered the tenderloin ($82) and Longan cocktail. Both were delicious, but I wished the cocktail came with a spoon so I could eat the longan fruits.

β β β β β Absolutely enjoyable hi tea at Ginger Lily. A sincere thanks to the crew who managed to arrange a vegetarian bites as i forgot to indicate that I am vegetarian. Staff went out of the way to change some items on the menu to meatless version- really appreciate that. The service is good. The tea selection was great - unlike the usual TWG teas.

β β β β β A nice place to relax for a afternoon tea. Staff are friendly and their service is good. The pastries are so attractive, I having a hard time to decide what to chose. The apple strudel is so yummy! I will be back to try the others !

β β β β β Went on a Monday afternoon. Place was really quiet, comfortable. Service was greattttttt! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Food wise, it was quite different from other high tea as they dont just serve ALL sandwiches. But also had bao and burger! Taste wise, i think it's okay for high tea. Sweets were really sweet, so I could not really finish everything. Tea options were small but unique :) and comes with free flow coffee too. Kombucha was a nice touch to the experience.
I would return for the overall experience! 58++ per pax

β β β β β This bar is located on level five of the Hilton hotel, and this is also the reception level. The bar is fairly spacious and has a mix of open areas with smaller tables as well as couches with more comfortable chairs. The layout is open so it is difficult to have a private conversation.
The cocktail selection is extensive, and the cocktails we tried were prepared very well. The wine menu is sufficient, but not very extensive. The beer menu is very limited and the local craft beers were not very tasty in our opinion.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The bar closes already at 22:00, and we found this too early for a hotel bar.
In such a great hotel we would have expected a more exotic or special hotel bar.

β β β β β Had such a great time at Ginger.Lily today! Went there to have a tea party to celebrate my friend who are getting married soon. We actually stayed a little bit longer than our time but the staff were so kind to us and didnβt chase us out. It meant a lot to me and my friends, esp the bride-to-be.
The ambience was nice and the food + presentation was lovely too! Definitely itβs a place that need to try! (esp if you have special occasion or just want to treat yourself a great time).
What I wish they could improve is that I hope they could have alternative milk options (non-dairy) for their coffee. Other than that everything was lovely! β€οΈ

β β β β β What used to be the lobby of Mandarin Orchard is now transformed into the lobby bar - Gingerlily with cakes / bar snacks / drinks / food served.
The decor is good with colour palette to go with the mixture of existing / updated features to bring the Hilton Orchard Singapore connecting the two wings together.
The service was prompt, with QR codes allowing you to browse the snacks drinks and food menu.
Can get a bit cold on a rainy afternoon. Hopefully on a warm sunny afternoon, the natural lighting can give a different feel. Of course, one can go down to shop at the Mandarin Gallery after recharging at Gingerlily.
