The lady confirm my appointment but when I reach there on my appointment date she said with broken english “my friend who make reservation with you now is rest so cannot have at 11” she gave my appointment time slot to other person while my appointment name, date n time is right on the table! So dissapointed! never again make appointment with this spa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vietnamese masseur used her mobile phone while giving a massage, how can she massaged with one hand? She removed mask several times during the session, I am so worried. This is so unprofessional for a old brand in Singapore. Won't go back anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited, few days ago, wanted to bring this to the public, there this Vietnamese, wanted a good massage but end up with dishonest attitude, and piano style massage , saw her always on phone, very unprofessional, still can ask for tips when massage is done, feel cheated and feel like making a police report, totally not worth your money, please avoid at all costs
