We place a deposit for a sofa but ended up buying a side table. Do look for Rowena if you need anything from here and with her efficient product knowledge, she will give you a first class service! ?

β β β β β Due to the ongoing Covid 19 situation, our house renovations had to be delayed for 3 months. All thanks to the staff at Mr Decor Furniture for being so understanding. They helped to arrange for the delivering of our furniture to be delayed until our renovations were completed. Mr Decor Furniture even went the extra mile and waived off all the extra cost like the storage cost. Thank you very much Mr Decor Furniture!

β β β β β Rowena is very helpful and responsive. We had some issue with the delivery and disposal of current sofa on the day of delivery. She managed to contact the office to sort out the change in delivery timing and arrangement of disposal even though its a very last min request and its a Sat. Her after sales service is excellent and do look for her if you need a reliable purchase.

β β β β β Went to take a look at their sofa, but the elderlu salesman was really standoffish n unhelpful, seems irritated with me when I only ask him one query. Totally uninterested in serving customers. Why do the co even hire such a person when this is his job and he cannot even do it?

β β β β β We visited on a weekday afternoon when the shop was pretty empty, saw a porcelain dining table which I liked but the staff was really unfriendly and standoffish. When we asked the price, he just stated see the price on the tag, then add ++++ for porcelain...when my husband just casually asked is the legs MDF, he got pretty upset and brushed it off saying it's not and something else. Also when I wanted to just take a picture of the table, he said no taking pics. Hence I just took a pic of the shop so I can remember to leave the review here. Overall experience from the staff was unpleasant.
