The location is very accessible and easy to spot along the way you walk toward the bus interchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bubble tea is usually nice but the staff aren’t very accommodating. They had a chocolate milk with strawberry milk foam as a promotion and I ordered two and asked if they could put the milk foam in only one. They refused and said it defeats the purpose of the drink. I didn’t realise they had such a strong sense of purpose for milk foam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I left my laptop somewhere at pasir ris and was panicking, wondering where it was and I called the gong cha team to find out if its there. Store managers were super nice and helped me ask the store colleagues. Low and Behold, it was there!! So thankful that they helped to keep my precious laptop that I just got and keep it safe for me!! This is what a perfect service is, going beyond just selling but also providing an amazing experience for the consumer. Special hanks to Francis, the store outlet manager, shu tong and Claudia who are the workers there!!! The drinks are amazing too!!
