went on 6 june 2021 around 5:13pm, the lady at the cashier taking order is very cheerful and polite ? always enjoyed itea because it’s so affordable yet meeting the quality standards! bought myself peach tea with aloe vera today, some of my favourites include honey green tea, matcha latte and peppermint milk tea! ?

They overcharged by mistake at around 1240pm today. When I asked them why different price from other outlets, different employees have different stories, making up their own stories about how different places have different rentals, and staring at me. Finally, I discovered the reason for the difference in price. They had overcharged by 60 cents for a different sized drink even as they stamped free upsize on my membership card. Faints. The worse thing is that all the usual employees feel very hostile during this whole experience such as the slightly short long-haired ponytail regular young female employee. Although she said sorry for overcharging wrongly, past experiences at this shop from her and this experience made me just feel that she and the itea shop are very unwelcoming. Other Itea shops communication is excellent and they are so friendly. I don't blame the new employee at Pasir Ris Itea who made the price error as his attitude is more amicable than the regular veteran employees who made the customer feel unwelcome and embarrassed for enquiring about the higher price, when they charged her wrongly. Compared to Koi and Gong Cha nearby whose service standards and drinks are so nice, Itea at Pasir Ris is really very stressful. Not 2 mention that I feel like I have to translate to another language when ordering. So so stressful ordering at Itea PasirRis. Left a FB comment before leaving the review here but there was no reply. I feel it's better to spend money at Cheers or KOI Tea who at least care. X
