My family and I visited on the first day of their store's opening and my mum was very pleased with his service. We didnt order pumpkin cakes and he accidentally sent it to our table, ENERGETICALLY and it made us laugh ? End up we order a plate of pumpkin cakes for ourselves. He missed the opportunity to send my mum a fruit plate and even came to apologise. He has such good energy! Thank you Dong Liang (again) for being so humourous and extremely attentive although it was a busy night ?
W	WY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on a weekend after 2pm. Only few tables were occupied but the waiting staffs were unattentive and appeared less experienced compared to those from older outlets like vivocity & century square. Would rather go back to crowded outlets for the wonderful service.
A	Ayaya Ayayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconsistency in service quality compared to other outlets. Request for blanket multiple times before they get it for me. When requesting for dessert they ask for what else do I need as if they wanna settle it at one go so that they don’t have to come back again. Waiters either have poker face or can tell they are not willingly servicing. Only when celebrating birthday for other tables then they sing with full energy level. In all, I don’t feel well taken care of. Maybe because it’s too new. Recommend Century Square instead.

However, when I tried a few "hacks" that would normally work in other outlets, the staff did not understand. For instance, I mentioned that their soup base was good, hoping they would interpret it as asking for a free packet of soup base. However, they replied that their broth was cooked with lots of ingredients, giving it a rich taste. Tried a few times of this hack and some others, but was also met with misunderstandings. Kind of disappointed as this was what I was here for. Other than that, the food is good.

Once I reached at this outlet , one lady speaks so fast in Chinese like crazy and we asked to explain English. Then male staff beside explained “Even book at time slot you want , once reached at the restaurant at 10 minutes before booked time , staff told us to wait 40 minutes due to taking walk in customer first, booking is only priority Q.” I don’t understand what is the point booking in advance. If you have guest to entertain , better to avoid downtown East outlet for sure. It is really embarrassing experience to let guest wait for so long especially for busy people. While waiting they serve drinks and snacks, the way lady serve us from behind like shouting in Chinese and one by one hold on her hand and repeat “ you want ? You want ? “ This is totally not call service to me , worse than coffee shop. There are many more similar restaurants with much better place with lower price around. Totally regret selected this place on birthday. Will never visit again for sure.
