β β β β β Extremely slow and poor customer service.
1) We waited more than 30 mins for our food to arrive.
2) When the food came, there was a fly in the soup.
3) We finally decided to leave because we were done waiting. The manager was very nonchalant about it and didnβt apologise for anything.

β β β β β VERY SLOW service. Soup was boiling for 10min and food not arrived. The food quality was not great either. As well, the food order came 1 by 1....
Only good tasty item is the condiment I mixed myself.
Terrible overall experience.

β β β β β This new hotpot shop at East side is worth to try. It's value for money and their staffs were very friendly, attentive, and service was excellent.
I ordered their signature soup base Coconut Chicken, it was superb. I like the natural sweetness from the coconut water and kampung chicken in the soup was very delicious. And their Laksa soup base gave me a WOW, it was so good and aromatic.
Their fried mantou, shrimp paste with tobiko, sea prawns, Shirobuta and Kurobuta pork belly etc, is a must order.
Most importantly, I DON'T FEEL THIRSTY, I DON'T FEEL THIRSTY, I DON'T FEEL THIRSTY after eating their hotpot (it's very important, that's why must mention 3 times). Definitely I will come back again to try their other soup base. ?????

Didnβt expect to wait so long for hotpot? Like, itβs just serving raw food? Highly recommend to send staff for basic customer service training.

β β β β β What this hot pot place has going for it is great soup bases (tasted home-cooked, i.e. natural and tasty ?? - did not make me feel thirsty after) and nice ambience.
However, it can do better with some unique hot pot items (even if less soup base options), some recommended condiment concoctions, larger variety of fruits included in the condiments charge.
Prices are slightly high.

Went once with my bffs a few days ago,
and decided to bring my folks to try ytd.
? Whatβs good?
- friendly staff & boss
- 8 yummy soup bases
- fresh ingredients
- 1 for 1 serving for ala cart dishes
? Whatβs bad?
- not enough staff
- collagen soup base too popular! Need to wait for awhile to get a refill each time
Btw, the soups are so YUMs!
And you donβt feel thirsty too!
