★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haidilao changes our expectations of hot pot/steamboat. Giving away lots of freebies pacifying the waiting customers, servicing the patrons with great customer skills from skimming off the scum from the soup to peeling the prawns shells. My only complaint is they should give the first timer an orientation of the menu, how one can order 4 assortment of soup base with two being water and make it more economical if you have only 2 or 3 pax, the free fruits platter and desserts, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best service out of all the HDL outlets! Super attentive to keep refilling our drinks and even rmbrs what drinks we were having.
Went on a friday night after 10pm to enjoy the 20% promotion and surprisingly not very crowded. We barely had to wait. Soup bases were as usual fantastic, love the Bai-Yu & Sichuan Spicy!! These 2 broth stays flavourful throughout the meal. Used to really like Tomato but halfway thru the meal it gets very diluted after the refillings.
Recommend trying the dumplings! Handmade and well stuffed.

And was serve by a staff (Should be a Malaysian girl that called 章秀红 ,I saw in receipt) She is very friendly and helpful. Her good serve made our day ☺️
At the end some issues on voucher and payment, she was stop others staff from do payment without using voucher and get more discount for me with using my vouchers.
I wanted to take a time to Thank you for your good service you provide to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is only restaurant that deserves the 10% service charge. Staff take care of the food and you, so much into the detail like the dish position, refills wafer and help to take condiments for you.
Food is great, everything so fresh. Price is higher than other places but we’ll worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and food, thoughtful and provided us many recommendations as well. Served us warm porridge while we were still taking our time to decide what to order ? brought sauce for us to try as my parents were unsure what was nice. And provided us fruit platter and beancurd to end off our meal. While server 三三 had to leave as she ended her shift, she came over to ensure we were good and informed that another server will be taking care of us as she will be leaving. Really enjoyed my family dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was crowded as usual but the wait was not long for a group with just the two of us. I especially love the prawn paste and pork. The pig stomach with chicken soup is a not to be missed for me. I love the concept of the availability to enjoy 4 soup flavours in the pot. We had tomato and pig stomach with chicken soup as usual. The pig stomach can be softer but it still taste great though. The porridge is smooth. We get to mix our own sauce to our liking. The texture of the soy beancurd is so smooth. And ended the meal with an ice cream. A place worth the visit with great food and service!
