β β β β β Simply Excellent!!. Very professional. Living in HG since 1986 till this day (2020). I been to the branch office too many times. Very pleased with managers and staff. Respectful, polite and helpful in various ways. Waiting time is acceptable. Keep up the good work HG Branch office!!!

Recently, my friend's place is going thru HIP. The contractor failed to turn up on the arranged date to carry out the renovation work, and never bothered to call to say they could not make it too. My friend was on day off on that day and waited in vain.
What kind of standard does HDB have for their sub contractors? Is this the kind of working attitude they should have just because the renovation cost is being subsidised???

β β β β β I have called a lot of time of complaint Blk 167 , Hougang Ave 1 #01-1564 the next neighbor making Buddhist religion in hdb flat no wrong and never solved the issued problem at Hougang hdb branches officer no called me back can fire this kind of person no doing things at Hougang branch to solved and quality is poorest ever this is the unit that making Buddhist religion house help me to solved this issued problem to media thanks
