The sign up process on the website is quick and easy. Dr Jason explained my xray results with great patience and detail, and elaborated more on the treatment plan. The staff also explained the financing options and gave me enough time and room to make a decision. It has been several months now, and my pain intensity has been reduced. Dr Jason also provided customized advice on several home/office stretching exercises for helping with the recovery/healing process. The staff have also accommodated my appointment booking and rescheduling requests. The overall experience is great - would definitely recommend if you want to explore chiropractic treatment.

Whenever you reach, they would address and greet you by first name, which seems like they really took the effort to know their clients well. Upon my initial appointment, Dr Yen Ee has carefully explained in details my condition and how the process will be, a bit sad that she left because she was really a kind doctor. As for the staff, would like to commend everyone! Overall service is highly satisfactory. Facility is bright and clean also. Highly recommended.

They were very friendly, helpful, and when they help do the treatments, they are also knowledgeable about what they are doing. They were also very accommodating when I had to cancel some sessions last minute. As for Dr Yen Ee, she was very patient in explaining and assessing my condition on the first session. Subsequently, she never fails to check in with my recovery, any aches and injuries etc. She will throw in nuggets of wisdom and advices when it is related to any issues I was facing. It is almost halfway through my treatment plan now and I do feel much better, lesser aches, and my sitting posture has improved significantly as well. Highly recommend this branch, and thank you to Dr Tan and all staff for making my experience a good one! :)
