★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the lucky plaza clinic for FLU according to AIA PANEL DOCTOR LIST without knowing it’s a tcm. Upon arrival I asked the receptionist to check if tcm is covered by my insurance since I’m just here to get some flu medicine. But a 5 day flu medicine turned out to be $70! And only then she told me medicines are not covered. I ended up paying $5 co-share to consultation. When I confronted the receptionist that she should have informed me about medicine not being covered. In her actual words lA lot of people just come here for consultation and don’t take medicine”’. Well I have a flu and I came all the way here for consultation?!
