A fantastic Japanese resturant that is not overly crowded or expensive. They are fame for their teppanyaki. So had to try it and it was great, order the kaisen and ribeye teppanyaki lunch set with a soyu ramen for the kids. Love the food and ambience of the place. Will be back again.

5/5 food and service! We tried the donburi lunch set for the day ($30++, with salad, chawanmushi, donburi and dessert of the day) and the Tsuzumi Teppanyaki course (consisting of amuse bouche starter, salad, truffle chawanmushi topped with uni, tiger prawns, choice of scallops or silver cod, sirloin beef, choice of garlic fried rice or ramen and dessert). The food was superb ?! Iced mocha was so-so, need improvement. Will be back again! There's a basement carpark meant for hotel guests (Barracks Hotel etc.) and Mess Hall customers, at a very affordable rate of $1/hr for the first 2 hrs.

I cant say enough about the service. I made a reservation 2 days prior to mother's day which i didnt even realise. I went online n booked it after 12 midnight. I even received a text from the mgr of the restaurant. Whom I came to know about as Mr Ong. He just wanted to tell me there's no seat at counter as it was mother's day n was fully book a mth back. It was fine by me. First time at the restaurant with my son. Food was good. Price was better than expected. Very reasonable. Had our fill including sake. Ended with a lovely stalk of flower given by the restaurant. Place wasn't as crowded and I loved it that the whole experience was pleasant given that covid rules r relaxed. I wld like to praise staff for their politeness and attentiveness. Its been awhile I had such a lovely experience.

Excellent teppanyaki by Chef Max. Wagyu A5 was a true highlight. It literally melt like butter. Can get your parking validated too! * * 1 star less: Make sure you get your teppanyaki counter seat reservation in writing because they changed ourselves to the "seat near the counter". ?? annoying since it was a special day for us. Such a high class name yet such bad practices.

Wanted to book for teppanyaki but was fully booked. Settled for table teppanyaki instead. Food was amazing. Fresh and tasty. The truffle rice stuffed spring chicken is a must try!

Instructions well taken, chef is friendly and professional. Service is dedicated and ambience is great. Nice presentations on the food for an reasonably priced Teppanyaki experience, and taste is considered better than most at this price point. Worth revisiting again with friends and family. Worth to try! The chef was skillful too! Just that the place was a bit secluded and it is very inconvenient. The lobster and beef was good!! But will make a great date night out bcs the ambience was great !

Truly the best teppanyaki experience in Singapore. The food is just amazing! The beef melts in your mouth. Friendly chef and dedicated waitresses, against backdrop of Japanese piano music. A must try Japanese cuisine for those who are in Sentosa.
