Good service from Consultants over the years, reasonable waiting time, spacious waiting area. Receptionist can improve basic attitude: e.g. Make eye contact with customers, speak in a more polite tone, and try to like the job of helping customers.

I have send my car for service early this month, SA Mike recommend that my car needs a major service, so later he apps my son that 3 tyres need to replace. I told my son to change tyres later do the major service as recommended. The total repair cost comes to more than $700.00 for a Honda Jazz 1.3 My question is why they charge me wheel balancing and front wheel alignment on my bald tyres as SA apps me earlier. I understand only when you change new tyres than need to do wheel balancing but not on old tyres. Further more I have leave a msg to reception to get Mike to call me but no respond till now.

Always a pleasant experience. The service team are polite, friendly and assuring. They do not pressure you to do excessive repairs or work on your vehicle. The ceiling is very high and the spacious feel gives you an 'atas' (grand) feel. This is way better to a certain German marque service center I have been down the road.

Another thumbs up to the Honda team especially Leroy who attended to my issues and Desmond in Mandai who did a great job explaining how to take care of my car.

After 1st week of collection my car, i saw this wax mark at my car. Went for ceramic coating, the shop said this Kah Honda did a bad job for the polishing and waxing the car until the wax stay at my bonnet plastic. It was very very difficult to remove it is like a birthmark on it perm. I will suggest others, not to let them to polish and wax! They do not deserve any star from me for polishing and waxing.(* Unable to give 0 star, no choice have to give 1 star)

If u have an appointment,do come 1/2 hr early as the waiting time can be up to 1hr waiting time..Service department can be trusted ..Once the service advisor call u and say service is done..do remind them to prepare the payment receipt before u come as not to wait for yr queue again..

I had my car Honda servicing done on 2/3/2022 under trusted service advisor Victor Ng. I would like to thank Victor and his team for delivering the meticulous quality of workmanship and putting in effort in maintaining the high stardard to ensure my car is at tip-top condition.

It is clean and neat. However, for warranty repairs, the spare part stock seemed not to be managed properly. I went for warranty repairs for 2 separate incidents, once was told need to wait for an electronic part because they didn't stock up, and the estimated wait time was 3 months! After escalation, they managed to reduce to 3 weeks. Another incident whole 2 bearings need to change, however, they only have 1 side of the bearing, and I need to either left my car there or went back the following day to let them Co.plete the other side. Kah motor really needs to learn to properly managing their spare parts in order to reduce downtime for their customers' vehicle repair.
