Nice experience overall. The service adviser was detail oriented and explained what had been included in the package and additional checks recommended. They arranged a shuttle to drop me back home.

Service at Audi is really subpar! I've had Merc and BM before. Audi has the worse service delivery standards. They need to do something about it.

Claim advisor departmemt is good, vehicle service department staff also good. BUT, FRONT DESK STAFF, the ladies are terrible. Very slow, not responsive, and looking at custoners in a very snobish manner. Very uncomfortable experice, more than one time.

Just disappointed they didn't have the particular model we went there to chk out, neither for test drive nor even in the showroom to look at. Only had all the higher end models. Did have friendly staff tho.

Impressive multi storey building in the heart of the Alexandra car belt. Customer service levels very good, even though I did point out that I was just starting my search for a car. They have dedicated staff at every point- even individual valets to bring the cars to you for test drives. Very pleasant experience overall.

Terrible post sale service from the service advisor named as Mr. Lim. He was not responding to issues relating to the vehicle until you got the case escalated. Need to give it a push every time before the SA would response. Had requested for a change of SA through the customer care team on 11 May and have not hear back on the replacement since then. I would suggest everyone to refer to the overall post sales experiences I had with Audi before considering of purchasing one from them. It is purely wastage of my time with the gaps as mentioned.
