★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well balanced mutton soup. Herbal, heat, mutton ... I would say this is the best Chinese Mutton Soup. No queue when I got there. Got the biggest bowl muttom meat ... everything in the soup just makes sense ... 5 star and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the food centre at Beauty World, Hong Wen Mutton Soup is one of the few stalls in Singapore managed by Chinese that sells mutton soup and has been there for as long as I remembered.
For someone who hardly eats mutton, I really liked this dish as this is by far the tastiest dish and a must-have each time I go Beauty World. The soup is flavourful with a tinge of wolfberry sweetness and has a very nice aroma. The meat is cooked to perfection. 5⭐!!!
The stall opens from 11am to 3pm and is closed on Monday. A standard bowl of mutton soup cost around $8 and a serving of rice is $0.50.
