โ โ โ โ โ I visited the stall without much expectation as I had not heard about it prior to my visit. To my surprise, it turned out to be one of the best fish soups I have had at a hawker centre. I ordered fried and white fish bee hoon soup. First of all, I am impressed that they served their fish soup in porcelain bowl with porcelain spoon. Secondly, they are thoughtful enough to serve their fried fish separately to prevent it from becoming soggy after being soaked in soup. The fried fish is still warm and without rancid oil smell. The soup does not taste of msg at all but was flavourful and robust. Definitely above average hawker food standard. Recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Tried their sliced fish soup and it was amazing! Sliced fish was fresh and the soup was light yet flavourful at the same time. Extra points for their homemade belachan chilli, it goes super well with the fish!

Full bodied fish broth is lightly seasoned is both satisfying and healthy. Perfectly paired with rice or noodle. Great service and willingness to customised to customerโs requests.
Ordered Fish Slice Noodle without fried onion oil + shrimp add-on, clean and refreshing taste. Generous amount of fish and noodles given, took awhile to finish, noodle remains springy to the bite throughout the entire dining experience.

โ โ โ โ โ A little costly for sliced fish soup but ingredients were fresh and soup was tasty but yet did not taste of MSG. Will return to try the other items.
Stall owners were hygienic and e-payment was available.

โ โ โ โ โ Finally, a very decent fish soup in Holland Village hawker center that is way better than the nearby Yong Seng. The stars here are the soup, sliced fish and the chili sauce. The soup tasted very fresh with a balanced sweet after taste, and the fish is very succulent. I like how they slice it slightly thicker so you get a decent bite. Unfortunately the fried fish has quite a thick batter that overwhelms the fish flavour. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Very rare to see hawkers serve their food in ceramic bowl and spoon ? it does make a huge difference. Fish is fried by order and batter is not overly thick, just the perfect bite. Sliced fish is fresh and soup is flavourful. Quite underrated fish soup stall and a total hidden gem โจ
