โ โ โ โ โ Hotel is near to whole attraction. Very easy to access for metro and bus services , standard double room is fitted with a TV and tea/coffee making facilitie but standard rooms are very small

โ โ โ โ โ Clean and comfort always.Today we've booked for 2hrs.They called at 8:30pm 'the wake up call'.we asked how long does we still have but no answer cause we doesnt know the exact we've checkin.we're getting ready for the next call and waiting...once they call they told that we are late and we have to pay for $15...we are totally fine to pay with knowing that we are late.why they didnot call when our time was over lukr all the other duties dusually did before and all...atleast let them and when we're asking how long does we have...why we should have waisted money for a few mins for 1hr rate...Anyone else experienced what we have faced or tell us we deserve to pay $15?

โ โ โ โ โ Was at this location to drop off delivery items for a friend. Unfortunately, this was the wrong location. The receptionist were pleasant and nice. After I mentioned the room number, they stated that I might have the wrong hotels. They advised me the possible locations of hotels that might have the said room numbers. As they are only 5 storeys hotel and the number I mentions was above that.
I appreciate the advice that was given and they are helpful.
