β β β β β I love the table seats on 2nd level. The lighting makes all your food looks super good.
Currently they are using mobile phone registration instead of physical Q up, which I think itβs convenient although the timing the estimate is very off.
Nonetheless I enjoy coming here with my family.

β β β β β Taste of food is bad when compared to the price. Worst ever tako wasabi I had tasted

β β β β β Disappointed with latest order. Never mind the smaller serving. Quality of sashimi salad is terrible! How can a Japanese restaurant serve raw fish with so much connecting fibre? How is the customer to chew or swallow??

β β β β β Absolutely stingy with the amount of fish in the chirashi bowl, the rice to toppings ratio is absolutely off. Very disappointed as I ordered this on food panda and this is what I receive. Not worth it.

β β β β β Needed a cooling lunch in this blistering heat wave. So popped into Sushi Tei for a quick lunch. Canβt usually go wrong at Sushi Tei.
Ordered the tenzaru cha soba. Relatively satisfying meal. However, note that the cha soba doesnβt come with a raw quailβs egg. Plus I had to ask for tempura sauce for the tempura and wasabi for the soba dip - shouldnβt these accompany the meal by default?

β β β β β We came at 11:30am when it opened and the staff says there are enough seats inside, but refuses to let us in because apparently βsome of their staff has not arrivedβ. Sushi tei please rethink your customer service. We are OK TO SIT INSIDE and wait but you guys would rather make us stand outside in the hot sun.
There were around 20 customers standing for 50 over minutes, manager Joyce commented βthere is space for all, but wait for staff to come inβ. Went up and there are SO MANY SPACES available, so honestly its really a poor choice on their part ??ββοΈ
EDIT; had the meal, and we had a fly in the green tea. Feedbacked and showed the staff there..

β β β β β Sushi Tei here is always crowded but the quality of food has been dropping over the years. The chirashi don had barely enough fish to enjoy with the rice, which was dry and hard. It was disappointing and definitely not worth the wait.

β β β β β Very good quality japanese food here! I found the Ramen a bit salty but otherwise quite good
The low seating at level 2 gave the feel of japanese culture and the lighting was just right for nice family gathering
