Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are extremely passionate with your animals. They will go all the way out for you & your furpets. Had a Long consultation but thankfully wasnโ€™t over charged for it. They even provided free treats for my inpatient beagle who was afraid of the vet, which it calmed him down. Vets and vets technicians like them are extremely rare and hard to come by. Professional and was able to provide accurate and helpful advice for my pet. Highly recommend all to visit. However appointments time slots are quite hard to get.

I have been visiting Brighton Vet since 2020 as it was closer to my home and we read good reviews about it. Over the years, my senior dog (14 YO JRT) has had chronic pancreatitis which flares occasionally and the vets have always been so patient + compassionate each time. I have always been seeing Dr Elvira for the pancreatitis issue and she did my dogโ€™s teeth scaling too but just found out recently she left for Australia :( she was truly a great vet who was very thorough and good with my dog who is terrified of vets. So recently I have seen Dr Theresa and Dr Lee Huiyan for the most recent flare and they are both very competent and friendly doctors as well. Unfortunately, chronic pancreatitis can only be managed symptomatically but they have both been so patient with all my questions as well as updates. My dog is doing well now and fingers crossed she stays well!! What I truly appreciate about Brighton is that the pets welfare comes first. I brought my rabbit here previously and Dr Elvira recommended we go to another vet which specialises in small exotic pets where there is a specialist for rabbits (Beecroft Vet) and I appreciated that input. On another more recent issue, my dog had a suspected mast cell tumour on her skin and they helped to take a sample of it. When it was likely confirmed to be which we needed to remove, we told them we will like to seek a second/third opinion since the tumour was on a complicated spot near critical structures. Dr Lee and Dr Theresa both understood our concerns and shared a list of recommended surgical specialists with us. Overall, my experience with Brighton vet is truly awesome. Yes, sometimes we had to wait for very long for the consults + payment as they got quite packed but I believe they have revised their procedure now where they send their notes later in the day so this shortens the waiting time. it is slightly pricier than other vets but I love it that they truly care about the pets here and it is not so transactional like some other vets which I used to visit. I have always felt that they go above and beyond & my husband feels the same way too. Moreover, their technicians are very friendly and good with pets as well, my dog who is terrified of vets is always okay with them. This is a long overdue review but a needed one for Brighton and their team of vets + technicians. I have always had a good experience with them and their service is great & I truly appreciate how much they take pride in their work + care for the pets. Thank you to all the vets and technicians there :)

I was given 18 antibiotics pills instead of 21. And given instruction to apply 3 to 5 squirts of ear ointment by vet A. During review, vet B mentioned the ear ointment application should be 1 to 3 squirt. Which explained the bottle of ointment lasted only a week instead of 2. This time not a major issue as it is a minor ear infection. What if the medication was for an organ and there was an overdosage?

Not many Vet actually deal with small animal like Hamster. Professional consultation from the Dr and great service from stuff. Follow up call next day after surgery. Text message to update next appointment which is great. Strongly recommended to Hamster Owners.

I called in to schedule an urgent appointment for my dwarf hamster in early May for a skin infection. The receptionist was helpful and accommodating over the phone. I managed to schedule an appointment on the same day (not an expectation, since good vet clinics can be very overbooked; but I was grateful that I got a slot!) Dr Thia was knowledgeable, and gentle with my hamster. During the 2 weeks between the initial visit and the review visit, Brighton called to check in on my hamster's recovery too. Thank you for making my (hamster's) first vet visit so bearable :) (Word of caution: other animals visit this vet clinic, so be prepared to hear barks/meows. If you have a timid animal, it might be important to prepare sound buffers/ways to comfort them if they get startled)

With all the news of certain vets in Sg lacking of compassion, mishandling our pets, overcharging and prescribing of wrong medicine to our pet babies, it is always scary leaving our pet babies in the care of someone that you donโ€™t know. However Dr Lee Yan Hui has absolutely eased my mind after the first visit with my senior dog yesterday. Not only was she patient and detailed while answering all my kiasu questions, she was really knowledgeable and provided us with the information that we need and the most important part is that she was not even rushing for me to end off my questions despite our long consultation. She also explained in layman terms as we all know how it works at times.. some doctors tend to use some big medical lingo and most of the time we just nod our head despite not understanding fully. However Dr Lee made sure that she went thru the blood test and diff terms carefully so we could understand. Dr Lee was also transparent when it comes to test costs and was not pushy at all. There was also another male doctor/nurse/vet tech(sry I didnโ€™t get his name) who aided in the blood drawing and he was so good in calming my senior dog down that right after the shot my doggo was smiling at him. He offered dog friendly cafe suggestions for us while waiting for the blood test and while we were about to leave he even came out to talk and sayang my dog. I am so thankful to have Dr Lee and Mr Nice Nurse handling my doggo and will definitely be recommending them to my dog lover friends and family. ?

By far the better vet clinics weโ€™ve been. Weโ€™ve tried 5-6 different vet, and pretty much sticking with Brighton for all matters. We have a frenchie ? Love the vet friendliness and professionalism. I like the options they always provide us, instead of singular option where it is โ€œtake it or leave itโ€. Probably because they are experienced/ well trained with different scenarios. And thereโ€™s always a follow up call from the nurse to check on the situation. Staff is decent, friendly. Place is clean. Location is great for Serangoon gardens. Price is okay (not the cheapest nor the most expensive)

Dr Ashley Ong was extremely professional and gentle with my dog Basil. She is really knowledgeable, patient and gentle throughout my dogโ€™s visits to the clinic. She took me through step by step how to continue proper care for my dog, and what to look out for. I felt comforted and that my dog was in proper and professional care. The rest of the staff were also really friendly and pleasant during all our visits.
