This is the first time I purchase a drawing tablet and the RTM-500 is surely a great tablet for beginners or seasoned creators. Pen feel and response is buttery smooth and I was able to make my first digital art in no time. The customisable touch controls improves my workflow and reduces reliance on the keyboard. Highly recommend to talk to Ms May and learn how to use the unit. If you buy from online, you will have to figure out how to use the tablet yourself. Thanks again Ms May.

The unboxing was so satisfactory. I even got 2 free gifts? Never gotten that before. ? I’m not an IT girl so I had problems trying to set the tablet up and connecting it to my laptop. I feel bad for calling May at night. Although it was clear that she was spending time with her family, she took the time to assist me. I would definitely recommend to my artists friends!

Am really glad that there is a Singapore branch for Huion, because I've tried making purchase directly from China and I really disliked the shipping terms listed. The product was packed really neatly and delivered with zero hiccups. Enjoyed the unboxing experience with all the free gifts packed with the purchase. Gave the drawing tablet a brief dry run and everything works perfectly. Plug and play with no hassle or headaches. Will definitely consider going with the higher end models in future. They have ready local stock and provide 1-year local warranty which is a huge draw. The order process was a breeze and I must commend the excellent service by Ms Chan May Leinn. Communication via Whatsapp was prompt and friendly, and she even delivered the tablet to me on the same day I made payment. It was such a pleasant surprise! (And thank you for the free gift!) As for the tablet, I have tested it and it is working well. Setup was easy; just need to follow the instructions in the user guide. Remember to uninstall any other tablet drivers before installing the Huion driver. The tablet stand is slim yet sturdy and offers several angles. Would definitely recommend getting it with the tablet. The Kamvas 13 is just the right size for me as I have limited desk space and am just a casual artist. The display is bright and clear and the pen has good sensitivity too. I'm happy with my purchase so far and I look forward to creating lots of art on it. Once again, thank you Huion Singapore for your amazing service! :)
B	B Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the HS611 in Space Grey, but the store ran out of stock. They called me to see if I was alright with changing it with the Coral Red instead. Honestly, I actually prefer the Coral Red now because it stands out a lot more. Plus the stylus is hard to miss too (since I misplace my pen a lot)! The delivery was really fast, having ordered at 5:30pm and they delivered it around 10pm the same day AND with a free gift as well. Tested out the tablet and it's a really smooth transition from working with the iPad previously to the new Huion tablet. Pen and pressure works great and testing it on Clip Studio Paint showed great results. Definitely recommend this for beginner and intermediate artists who are looking for a low-priced tablet as a backup tablet or those with a smaller workstation.
