The 2 bedroom unit is small without store room. it's facing landed property so got strong west sun and very hot. and also noisy because it is on the corner of the condo , just next to a highway. so must close window when sleep. stayed there only for a short while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 999 year leasehold condominium was recently built (2013) and houses close to 400 apartments within.
Location is good, with access to AYE but can be noisy and polluting during the day. Park facing dwellers may have it better.
Close to great amenities in the area that's been well developed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best condo in west coast. Location near to expressway, market, hawker centre, newest mall and good schools. Theres shuttle bus to clementi mrt and west coast plaza.
The unit facing AYE can be quite noisy but still bearable. Once window shut its very quiet as developer has given good soundproofing.
Facilities in pretty good condition, new management team doing better job than the last one. Friendly neighbours, ample parking space and also 100M lap pool, probably the longest pool i ever seen in sg condo.
Last but not least its 999 yrs leasehold which akin to freehold status, definitely hold its value better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hundred Trees is a beautiful condominium development that has many charms to it. There are various facilities that residents can enjoy while living in Hundred Trees. Residents of Hundred Trees would not have to travel far to get their basic necessities as everything is close within their reach. Residents can enjoy the barbeque area, clubhouse, gymnasium room, playground, swimming pool, fitness corner, jogging track and tennis courts. The condominium comes equipped with basement car parks and 24 hours security system that ensures the safety of residents is taken care of at all time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice development with all the condo amenities. The pool is exceptionally long with a kids pool with a slide and several jacuzzis within the pool. The only draw back is the proximity to the AYE which makes the units facing the expressway quite noisy and dusty.
