Full facilities. Full of greenery. Popular with Japanese as the Japanese school is within walking distance. Popular with families with school going children near to NUS, NUH, Poly, many good primary and secondary local schools.

This project not very well taken care, very old and location not so convenient. Would really prefer Hundred Trees, The infiniti or Carabelle. Gym room is very old and mouldy wall with water seepage issue.

Nice cozy development, albeit a bit old.

Anyone who wants to live here, just don't live at the first floor. And never ever rent a utility room above 500$ in this region, not worth it! The landlord is a true leech who gives the wrong address in the advertisement and you'll not have any privacy at all.

The outdoor area is lush and the swimming pool is great. But the gym is an absolute shame. It is tiny, dirty, mouldy. You would expect something much larger and better maintained considering the rest of the complex. The shuttle is too small for peaks hours.

The main objective of Botannia is to provide a unique and safe environment to the tenants. It is a family oriented project. The architect of the building is of strong construction. There are artificial plants around the apartment with lightning around to enhance the beauty of the place. Numerous feeder bus services are available near the apartment. One must not miss this opportunity to invest in this project. Strict security system is ensured to protect families with kids.

True to the design and ambience. This condominium is home to one of the prettiest pigeons in the world, the pink necked green pigeons! Conveniently tucked between two MRT location, spoilt for lifestyle choices and schools for children. Bus stops between AYE and West Coast road makes public transport easy too. A resort like ambience yet friendly for kids to enjoy nature as its best while enjoying the playground and pool. The canopy of trees provide a respite on hot summer days! Which is everyday here in Singapore. The function room is excellent with its high ceiling - so pre-COVID, we see families hosting private themed parties, birthdays because the evening is evening prettier with the night lighting of the trees around the hall. The outdoor lounge lobby area also makes for the perfect place to have a glass of vino facing the pool and the greenery, Perfect Instagram shot! :) Food is not an issue with the famous Ayer rajah market and Eng Kee coffee shops with its famous bee Hoon/fried chicken! Even better with surrounding condos like Newest and their new dining spaces.
