★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so new project but freehold. Condition is so much better and more convenient than Botannia. Just a bit noisy for units facing the AYE. Maintenance fee + Sinking funds is 400++ per month with decent and well maintenaned facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A secured place for families. With complete and well maintained amenities. Easy access to Aye and West Coast Park landed area. Security is superb. They spray the amenities to avoid mosquitoes every Thursday morning. Clean the pool everyday.
