★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo stands beside AYE. Location wise, it is not very convenient to go there in public transportation, but if you have a car, it is very nice. The block was said to be built in 2005, so quite new.

With 5 swimming pools, 4 BBQ pits, 1 gym, 1 playground, 1 basketball court and 1 tennis court and a running track, Carabelle must be one of the few most spacious development in the West.
It is conveniently located besides the AYE and opposite NEWEST - an up & coming assortment of alfreso dining bars & cafes, with bus stops just 5 mins walk away and direct buses to Clementi MRT, Vivocity and CBD.
It is also within a 10mins walk to good schools such as Nan Hua and Qifa Pri, as well as wet market, Food centre and Supermarkets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condo. Resort like feel complete with 4 swimming pools and a gazebo with a Japanese fish pond. Best place i have stayed till now.
Well connected. Plus a 24 hour food centre is close by which is an added bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It just like VIP house and if without card, you are nothing. Because it near the road and contrustion site so it quite noisy when going out side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After been to three different condo projects around the vicinity, this place feels the best. The olympic size pool, the facilities in the condo (there's a minimart in it!), the size of the unit with store room and usable aircon yard etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big condo with large lap pools, multiple kids pools, kids playground and even a 1/2 court basketball court! Lots of areas to have a walk and have a run within the condo. The car park is large but dark. Unit is well built but some a little small in size. It’s next to AYE so can be slightly noisy. There’s shops next to the condo for some convenience.
