N	Nessya Andina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the ice brew tea, it was refreshing. The ice matcha latte was so so, prefer stronger. The hojicha cake was dry and too many creams. The hojicha sauce was not properly diluted, we tasted a sandy texture.

We already know about uji matcha, but there are also other variety of matcha which is nishio matcha. While uji is more bitter and the tea flavor is more strong, nishio has a bit of sweetness and there's a hint of grass aftertaste. At least, that's what my tounge told me. Anyway, I love that they make the matcha tea upon the order, and in a traditional way.

I will definitely be back to try the other variants. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their product too. It was nice to see them whisking the matcha powder and taking effort to prepare the drink. Just have a quick chat with the staff to find out the subtle differences between the drinks! Cash only though.

The matcha was not overly bitter, and the hojicha was light. Overall the soft serve wasn't sweet which was a good thing for me. There was a rice cracker that accompanied the soft serve, giving it an extra crunch. But as I finished the soft serve, I somehow did not get the satisfaction I desired from a soft serve. Maybe I'll try their Matcha Latte the next time.

Not bad price for a good drink! Really traditionally hand-whisked- the setup is not just for show ? Really appreciate the aesthetic drink collection counter too! Great for taking pics :)

The drinks might be slightly pricey and longer wait, but at least you can enjoy how they make the drinks for you.
