Chanced upon this Korean restaurant on a weekday evening and decided to give it a go. The restaurant was small but it was quite crowded when I went. The staff was friendly and service was prompt. Ordered the Stir-Fried Squid set, came with side dishes and seaweed soup. The squid was stir fried in this spicy red sauce in some bell peppers and onions. It wasn't overcooked to a point where the squid was tough like rubber, but just right. The side dishes were also delicious. I believe I gotten radish kimchi, cabbage kimchi, fermented squid as well as kelp noodle salad. Believe me when I say the fermented squid side dish is a rice thief. I kept going back for more. It wasn't fermented to the point where it smelled funky, but it was soft and slightly spicy and super flavorful. Overall a really good meal, my only gripe is the price, as it came to be about $19 after GST and service charge. Another thing to note, as the squid was served on a hotplate, the smokiness and oil will get onto your shirt and stay in your hair. Would look forward to trying the other items on their menu as well.

Chose the daily set lunch on Thursday and it cost around $16+ after gst and service charge, which is honestly still a little pricey for its worth, though I guess it’s normal for a meal in town. The portion was okay but the pork was a little too sweet rather than savoury. The side dishes were nice! Not sure if refillable as we didn’t ask. Wanted to order an ala carte to share but they were all so pricey so we didn’t. The service was overall friendly and fast though!

Really Yummy korean food. It’s hard to find delicious Samgaetang and pancake. And the kimchi is perfect. Servers are super friendly and service is good. Will be back!

The service was pretty fast. Got my food after ordering in 5 mins and the restaurant was near full. Happy with the service. Ordered Samguetang (ginseng chicken soup) and a Bulgogi (hot plate pork). Both were delicious. The ginseng chicken was generous while the pork was flavorful. Giving 4 stars a shy of 5 stars, shortfall of drinks in which other Korean restaurant do since there is service charges.

Order a set for 2 where you can choose your mains, appetiser and soup . We had a marinated chicken, seafood beancurd soup and a seafood pancake. Good portion for 2. Chicken was really tasty and went well with our spicy tofu stew. I enjoyed the meal very much except that the service wise, kinda hard to get their attention. Saw a samgyaetang promotion which I’m keen to return to try.

Visited this place on Saturday for dinner. Ordered the BBQ sets (pork belly and marinated chicken slices), stir-fried rice cakes, and skewer fishcake soup. Food portions were also big. The skewer fishcake soup tasted almost similar to the ones I had in Korea, except that the fishcake here was less chewy. The BBQ sets were good, but I prefer the pork belly slices. The stir-fried rice cakes were not so good - very hard and the sauce was thick but overly sweet. I guess I would only visit this place again if I'm nearby and have craving for Korean food.

Ordered the Ginseng Chicken soup set on Wednesday. They served my friend but seemed to have forgotten about my order. Reminded them after 5 mins and they came out with my order. Although I waited, the soup I got was very hot as it still bubbling. You could also ask for side dish refill if you like more. Overall, food was good and price was reasonable. Crowded so be patient to wait for your seat.

A very broad range of Korean cuisine. We had the set for 3 and it was more than we could finish. The pork belly was slightly too sweet. The ginseng chicken soup was very savory. My son had his usual kimchi soup. The pancake was also very good.
