I Can Read

Absolute waste of money. I asked the counter staff about what is being taught in class and was asked to speak to the teacher, I asked the teacher how reading is being taught in class to help my child to reinforce at home what she is doing in class and she told me she is busy and to ask the counter staff. Naturally, counter staff have no idea. All this while, the teacher who was supposedly too busy to advise me was free enough to stand beside the counter to watch the counter staff struggle to assist me. The counter staff and teacher then asked me to Google to find out how to teach reading to my child. Of course I lost confidence in this reading programme and asked for a refund. The counter staff asked me to request via email. Unsurprisingly, there was no reply. I had to call up the HQ office. The centre got back and told me to wait for their response. It's been more than two weeks and no response again. I'm guessing they are too busy to respond to my request and expect me to forfeit my fees and deposit... about $500+ in total. If you want to get your child to read, Google and find out how as advised to me by the centre. Unfortunately, I paid the centre more than $1k thus far to find out.
